1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the use of the JINTENG website and purchases made through our online store.

We may take appropriate action in response to misuse of our website, in accordance with applicable law.

3. Products and Availability

JINTENG offers leather goods, handbags and fashion accessories.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions and material information are accurate.

As genuine leather is a natural material, variations in grain, texture, markings and appearance may occur. Minor differences in colour may also result from screen settings and photography conditions.

Such variations do not affect your statutory rights where a product does not conform to its description or agreed characteristics.

All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will inform you and arrange an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.

4. Prices and Taxes

All prices are displayed in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.

Prices include applicable VAT where required by law.

Delivery charges and any additional mandatory costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Any promotional offer, discount or free-shipping condition will be subject to the terms communicated at the time of purchase.

We may update product prices and offers for future orders. Such changes will not affect orders already concluded.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before proceeding with the order. If the order cannot be fulfilled at the displayed price, you may cancel it and receive a refund of any amount paid.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

You may place an order by selecting products and completing the checkout process.

Before submitting your order, please check that the products, quantities, delivery address, contact details and total price are correct.

The final order button must clearly indicate that placing the order creates an obligation to pay.

After receiving your order, we will send an acknowledgement by email.

The purchase contract is concluded when your order has been accepted by JINTENG and confirmed to you. The applicable order confirmation will provide details of your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including product unavailability, unsuccessful payment, a material pricing error or suspected fraudulent activity.

If payment has already been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, we will refund the amount paid.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods displayed and available at checkout.

All payments are subject to the relevant payment provider's authorisation and processing procedures.

Your order will be processed once payment has been successfully authorised or received, as applicable.

If payment is unsuccessful, your order may not be accepted or processed.

7. Delivery

Delivery destinations, available delivery methods, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are explained in our separate **Shipping & Delivery** policy.

That policy forms part of the information provided to customers when purchasing from JINTENG.

Where JINTENG arranges delivery, responsibility for loss of or damage to the goods remains with JINTENG until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the goods, in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights concerning delivery or the transfer of risk.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

The withdrawal procedure, return arrangements and refund conditions are explained in our separate **Returns & Refunds** policy.

That policy does not restrict or replace any mandatory statutory consumer rights.

9. Statutory Legal Guarantee

Products sold to consumers are covered by the applicable statutory legal guarantee of conformity.

For new consumer goods, Belgian law generally provides a two-year legal guarantee.

If a product does not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to repair or replacement free of charge, or other remedies provided by law where applicable.

JINTENG BV, as the seller, is responsible for handling statutory guarantee claims.

The legal guarantee is independent of any voluntary commercial warranty and cannot be excluded or reduced by these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, product images, logos, graphics, designs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to JINTENG BV, unless otherwise stated.

Such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

In particular, these Terms do not exclude or restrict: - Mandatory consumer rights. - Our statutory obligations concerning product conformity. - Our responsibility for loss or damage for which we are legally liable. - Any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Your statutory rights and remedies remain unaffected.

12. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.

If you are a consumer residing in another EU Member State, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law that would otherwise apply to you under applicable EU rules.

Any disputes shall be handled by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law, including mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
